global kitchen is the latest additional to the list of award winning restaurants at the Pan Pacific Singapore...
with the growing trend of buffet restaurants in singapore, PPS embarked on a project to differentiate itself from the rest... moving away from the tried and tested, popular buffet concept; the idea of a contemporary semi fine-dining restaurant was birth...
the a la carte restaurant serves contemporary global cuisine during lunch and dinner...
the culinary arts menu features a selection of gourmet composition while the favourites menu comprises of a collection of local and continental dishes...
in line with its guiding principle, the art and science of good eating, the menu at global kitchen is constantly evolving and guest chefs would be a regular feature at the restaurant...
currently, Chef Alison Barshak from the renowned Alison at Blue Bell is serving up her popular dishes such as roasted brussels sprouts and lump crab cake... don't forget to try the deserts as well... my favourite would be the chocolate chile expresso...
